I noticed Fire Hyrants at Camborne / Seacroft and Seacroft / Wensley Drive both had caps off at day break and water is flowing down street and into storm drains?
Maybe someone is flushing drains, but don't see any workers or fire trucks any where in the area.
I have seen trucks fill up with water at hydrants, but never seen them just running in the two & 1/2 decades I have lived in the area.
