Mine has gone out 4 times since Friday AM. I never lost power. At first I had to turn off TV to get phone line. One time the agent did a reset and that worked for a few minutes. Now all I get is some radio station through my phone?
I lost all Spectrum Services for about 2 hours Friday AM, but never my power.
If yours is out Please Call so they know it is not an isolated problem.
I have internet!
My phone says check line or line in use? Spectrum says it appears to be working from their end.
