Crews are only allowed to remove yard waste in paper bags, small piles along curb side, in personal containers weighing 75 pounds or less when material is inside.
Crews don't pickup piles of straw or leaves!
Tarps are not allowed for yard waste. Leaf Burritos are accepted. They zip the leaves inside.
All personal containers and roll cans must be off the street by 11:59 PM on pickup day!
If not, you face fines from $150 to $500 depending on if you have been corrected by code enforcement in the past! Placing out prior to the day prior to pickup is a violation.
If you own rental properties those increasing fine counts toward any of your rental locations. In otherwords educate your tenants.
