Absentee by Mail
All registered North Carolina Voters may use this option to request an absentee by mail ballot. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is 5:00 PM the Tuesday before Election Day.
You have to request your ballot each election to vote by mail. You can complete the form and mail in with copy of DL or you can do it all online.
Ballots for absentee by mail go out next week.
You will have to have witnesses to sign your ballot envelope and attest they watched you fill out your ballot to vote by mail.
