When you bag them they are not processed and end up in the landfill. 1 compacted tractor and trailer goes to the Speedway landfill every day. That cost all of us 2 million extra a year!
Reycle Right or Just Throw it all out. If Recycling is not your thing, have City Solid Waste pickup up your can and just throw everything away.
No plastic bags or wrap.
No food containers or drink cups.
No meat trays.
No Amazon plastic bags etc.
No dog poop bags.
And only plastic bottles or jugs with NECKS ! NO other platstics go in that green can. We no longer recycle by the numbers. NO wide mouth plastics go in your cart.

Most cans in Madison Park, Selwyn Park, and a large section of Montclaire have the new Recycle on these six items. Please Read and Follow. You can scan that QR code on the sticker if you have the longer sticker on the can.
Everything else in the trash. Again NEVER Bag anything in that green cart. It goes straight to the landfill and is never opened at the recovery material center.
