Madison South Neighborhood is in the Portland Police Bureau’s East Precinct. The Commander at East Precinct is Rick Rictor. Commander Rictor has been the commanding officer at East Precinct since January 1999.

Madison South Neighborhood’s Community Liaison Officer is Larry Wingfield. Officer Wingfield is stationed at East Precinct. If you have questions for Officer Wingfield, you may reach him at 823-4800. The Crime Prevention specialist for Madison South Neighborhood, Melissa Delaney, has been transferred to North Precinct. Madison South will be getting a new Crime Prevention Specialist shortly.
