No Newsletters Isn't Good News

As of this writing, a good chunk of the Mahncke Park Association membership has yet to receive their February issue of the neighborhood newsletter.
The newsletter was delivered by the newsletter editors to the Baja Mahncke area captain on February 1st, but the block captains still have yet to receive copies for distribution to their neighbors.
Despite phone calls not being returned, block captains are still striving to obtain the wayward flyers.
