Instructions for Turkey Trot Registration and/or T-Shirt Order Form for Mailing

How to use the registration & ordering form at the link below:

Turkey Trot Registration and/or T-Shirt Order Form
for mailing with a check or emailing.

SHIRT PRE-ORDERS ARE CLOSED - DO NOT ORDER SHIRTS OR SEND PAYMENTS

You have two options for using the form at the link above:
   A. You may open and print this form and fill it in by hand and mail it (US or Email), or
   B. You may download (save) it to your computer and fill it in on your computer.
       1. Save the file on your computer where you can easlily find it.
           The file name will be 2019 TT Registration for _______ v2b.pdf
       2. Find and open the form on your computer and fill it in.
       3. Resave the filled in form on your computer (don't forget this step).
           (If you can, please replace the underscores in the file name with your name.)
       4. a) If you are a MLCA member,
               attach the completed form you just saved to an email with the subject
               "TT Registration" and send it to TurkeyTrot@ManorLake.org           

          b) If you are a Non-Member household and you need to pay with a check
              Print the resaved form and US Mail it to the address on the form with your check.

SHIRT PRE-ORDERS ARE CLOSED - DO NOT ORDER SHIRTS OR SEND PAYMENTS
If you are ordering shirts and paying by check, you must print it and mail it with your check to the address on the form. We suggest you mail it by November 5 to allow time for the mail to be delivered to us by November 8. 

When you send your order by U.S. Mail with a check, if you would please send an email to TurkeyTrot@ManorLake.org, Subject: "Mailed TT Check" with your name and phone number so that we may watch for it in case there are problems with the mail.
