I lived in my townhome no more than two months before receiving a notice that my garbage and recycling containers had to be out of view (in the garage for most).  I had been keeping them in the corner outside the garage like most of my neighbors who have lived in the townhomes since construction.  That was 4 years ago.  I wonder why someone would complain about a new neighbor doing this, but apparently it was and is perfectly fine for residents having been in mansion farms for a longer period of time to do the same.  I think it is quite silly, but yet I still comply...
