Hi. Yes, I am selling my house. Currently I will remain President until my house is sold. As far as the vote is concerned, we were short of a quorum which is required by our by-laws. So we are going back to home owners asking them to vote. We need a total of 83 ballots turned in to have the quorum. We hsould have that many by this weekend. Currently none of the proposed changes to the deed restrictions will pass. They require a 2/3 vote to pass. Who will be elected to the board Sylvia Simpson, Al Love and Roger (sorry don't have a last name, but I will get it). We will be holding a meeting the end of this month to choose First Vice President and Treasurer and so on. When I leave the First Vice President will become President. When I have more information, I will post it on the website.

Who is Roger?  I don't remember a third name on the ballot or that someone volunteered for the position at the Annual Meeting.  Have you received the appropriate number of ballots for a quorum?

Hi. Roger McClurg. He had a couple votes from the ballots that were mailed in. We had a total of 4 open positions on the board so this was a welcome addition, since we only had two people running. I do believe we the votes required at this time. We will be going over the totals this weekend posting the results.
