Mansion Farm

 I recently moved into the neighborhood. I do not have any pets. Most everyone I have seen walking their dogs do bring something to clean up after them which is wonderful. I have a neighbor next door who I have seen literly let his 2 dogs out and they run directly to my house and poop all over as he watchen them..They also go to my other neighbor and do the same. I have litterly seen him walk them past my house then cross the street and take them between 2 certain homes poop never cleans it up and takes them home.. Is there anything that can be done for this problem? I have small grandchildren here regulary and if they are on my property with no pets I should not have to clean up the neighbors dog poop.... I don't want to come off as the nasty new neighbor but if need be I have no problem doing so. I said something to one of the people in the house over the weekend as I came home, pulled into my driveway and they let them out and yep went in my yard in front of me and pooped as the owner watched from the door...  Anyone have suggestions please feel free!

O boy tough one like mine . I got the barking dog that the owners seem to think it ok to let the dog bark all the time and at anytime in the am or late in pm. I don't want to b nasty neighbor either because we do need to live by these people. I can suggest a letter without your name and just put in their mailbox

Well I verbally said something like I said Sat . Even tough they said they were picking it up, which never happened.. Then when I came home from church Sun to find 3 big piles all in front of the mail box and front of my house that were not there when I left so I'm sure they let them out when I had left just to do more since I told them about it. I have no problem with them knowing it's me because it is but there has to be something we are able to do about these situations... I may contact New Castly County this week... Two of my kids are police officers. In fact one was right there with me Sat when the dogs were let out and pooped right in front of the two of us....I will find out if they can get a warning or fine from the County if our association does not have something in place.  I thought the barking dogs you can call the cops and they would verbally tell them. Isn't that disturbing the peace? I thought there were times of the day or night they could not...worth checking into it would drive me crazy also. .
