Is there no more dues in this neighborhood? I hear that Mike is stepping down. I have asked around and no one has received a bill.  Just wondering if to expect a bill.

Also I don't know who delivered the newsletters this past qtr or if the wind got them but I only got my newsletter when I saw trash in common area by Monticello playground. Went over to pick trash up and it wasnt trash it was quite a few newsletters.
