FROM A PREVIOUS POST:
Currently we have two open meetings a year for the community. Last year we had a 3rd open board meeting and only a couple homeowners showed up. The next open meeting is in September.....

How about a date, time and location for the September meeting?  It would certainly make it alot easier for residents to attend if we knew when and where the meeting is being held.  Why aren't ALL board meetings open to the homeowners?  I realize sometimes sensitive/financial information about residents is discussed, however those discussions could be held until the end of the meeting so homeowners could attend ALL board meetings and hear about everything else our board is working on for us.

I'm wondering why the Board won't release minutes from previous meetings?!?!  I've made no less than 4 requests for copies of minutes and have yet to receive anything. The first request went to our old president and because it was nearing the end of his time, he was going to forward my request on to Sylvia. When I didn't receive anything a month or so after my initial request, I emailed Sylvia directly.  I didn't get any response so a few weeks later I emailed her again.  She said she would email me a copy of the minutes and informed me that meeting minutes would be posted on this website.  When neither of those things happened, I emailed her again and again I've heard nothing back.  What is the Board doing that they don't want the residents to know?  Why can't I get a copy of meeting minutes?

I agree with Respected Neighbor in wondering why the minutes from the two Community Meetings as well as the monthly Board Meetings are not posted on the website.  I, too, have asked several times to have the minutes posted.  In addition to the minutes, I think the annual and monthly budgets should be posted to the website.

Hi. The minutes for the past two community meetings have now been posted. This includes the September meeting 2012 and the February meeting 2013. We are sorry for the delay, it was not intentional. There will be a newsletter coming out with a budget update and this will also be discussed at the meeting on 9/30 at Cornerstone Church.
