Mansion Farm

"Let me start by stating a fact..." The arrogance of The Mansion Farm board members is the exact reason why attendance at meetings is 10-15%. I know that's why I don't participate on Clean up day. I prefer to clean up weekly, monthly as I see fit but you didn't consult anyone when you decided to pick these days. I venture to guess participation will continue to decrease as you send out newsletters with this negative tone! Love the community wish he board respected the community.

I agree with Street11 - the arrogance of the Board members is disappointing.  Let's try checking the grammer, spelling, content, incomplete article of page 4... not to mention that duplex printing and a lower quality paper could save trees/budget.... before printing. 

 

I think it's an important note that 97% of the residents have/are paying their dues.  Could it be that the 3% that haven't paid the dues are facing foreclosure or financial hardship.

 

To add another 'negative' reaction to the lawn maintenance (since the Board members are counting), the lawn maintenance is unacceptable - weeds, grass being cut too low, poor edging, and our trees are dying! The trees need to be treated ASAP or will be faced with the a main drag of dead trees, for who knows how long.  Picture Perfect's service has been anything but picture perfect.. who on the Board has a personal relationship w/ this company?

Perhaps you should check your own spelling. It's grammar, not grammer.
