could someone from the board tell me when will the fence be fixed at the megan & megan pond. Also when will the trees on mansion Dr. be replaced?

What was the result of the vote on the dues & fencing?

From the MFMC Board President - The broken post on Megan Drive will be repaired / replaced as soon as the ground dries enough.  The new post must be placed in solid ground and not mud.  Also, Quickcrete must be placed around the post for a good hold.

re the vote:  There were not enough ballots submitted to reach the needed 2/3 quorum (276) for the votes to count for the increase of dues or the fence color change.  There were 165 ballots received from 413 residents.

From the MFMC Board President - No specific date has been set to replace the trees damaged in the auto crash.  The trees will be replaced sometime this spring.
