It is spring and I am tired of looking at Christas lights on 105 Victoria court. Do we have a rule about when they should be removed?

Yes!  We definitely have a Deed Restriction that states when they have to be taken down.  I will go ahead and let Jean Amundson on the board know (she is the Deed Restriction contact for the board).
