Ugh, these door to door salespeople are a pain in the neck! Just had a vivint guy show up at 8:30 pm (for the third time this week); finally answered and told him I wasn't interested. Isn't there a "no soliciting" sign we can put up at the entrance to the neighborhood?

We are working on getting new signs made.  In any case if they do not display their identification card. If they do not have a card displayed, do not open the door and call the police.  If they do have an identification card there isn't much we can do. You can always tell them not to come onto your property.

 

Thanks for bringing everyone's attention to these particular solicitors.

I think those cards are a joke!  :)  

 

It's not very hard to throw on a polo and matching hat and print out one of those cards (I actually told a couple of Verizon door to door people that when they pointed out their card and uniforms--they didn't really appreciate the comment) :)
