Mansion Farm

Hello Everyone!

I'm a new user and I found these forums through a Google search.

I purchased my house in the Mansion Farm community last year and seem to have misplaced some of the paperwork.

Real quickly, I was wondering two things:

1.)  Does anyone have a digital file of the housing agreement/rules for land use for Mansion Farm?  (Perhaps it is posted somewhere in these forums and I am simply unable to locate it?)  I observed several recent foum posts regarding fencing/no-fencing rules and I'd like to know the ins and outs of these sort of issues.  Specifically, I am looking to put a garden in my backyard this upcoming spring, but I'd like to know the exact dimensions that are allowed.

2.)  Is there a way to search the previous threads?  (In the future, I don't want to ask questions that have already been answered, and searching through old discussions would help)

On the front page of this forum, click on Pages & Links (towards the top of the page), then Governing Documents.  The Bylaws and Deed Restrictions are there.  Make sure you read the correct Deed Restrictions -- single family homes and townhouses have different rules.

I was able to find the appropriate Covenants/Deed Restrictions document, however, there was no information listed specifically about gardens.

Are there any rules to garden size?  If so, where would I find this information?
