I recently asked a question regarding the Covenants/Deed Restrictions for the neighborhood (and found the document on this site through the help of rmjabo), but was unable to locate any information on gardens in the document.

 

What are the rules/restrictions (if any) when establishing a garden in your backyard?  Are there size requirements/restrictions?

Article 1, section 4 of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions VEGETABLE GARDENS: No vegetable gardens shall be kept or maintaned on the front yards or side yards of any lot. This would apply also to the Town Home/Twins as there is no statement in the Phase III Deed Restrictions re: gardens.
