I live and Mansion Farms and was rounding the L-bend to Caravel Woods when a small dog about 10-12 pounds, brownish-gray and possibly a terrior or llasa mix crossed the BLVD. He looked lost and afraid and was heading to a backyard in Caravel. I could not stop due to being late for work but if anyone knows the civic reps in caravel, maybe they could mention it. thanks.
