Also, sorry you didn't do your due diligence regarding deed restrictions when you purchased your home...everything was fully disclosed when we bought ours.  

 

Above ground pools are fine when they are put up properly and maintained (like the pools that face R.C. Peoples Blvd in Caravel Woods); but do you really want to see a bunch of those 3' high inflatable piece of junk pools from wal-mart all over the place?

 

 

 

Are hot tubs allowed outside?  I have looked at restrictions and don't really see anything about that.  

Wondering whom your realtor was as the Deed Restrictions are required to be provided at closing. My response is hardly pompous or arrogant! The Deed Restrictions are in place for a reason as I stated.
