Glad to see the parking pads getting fixed. I guess it was fix the parking pads instead of trimming trees.

Townhouses have been requesting for several years that the landscaping be addressed and to fix a few of the parking pads.   The Board was able to do most of the landscaping this year and was able to fis 2 parking pads and a sidewalk in front of mail boxes.   

The island of trees are still on the list and most likely the first item for spring to be completed.  

If the Board had more funds the decisions would not be so difficult.

Also, please consider being a board member to assist in the decision making.
