Hi, I am new to the neighborhood and had a couple of questions. The overflow parking area on Mystic is an eyesore as wella s the pond area and open space.- there are tall weeds growing through the mulch and all throughout the open grass. Is there any plan for landscaping this and putting down weed killer?
Also, just curious, how often will common areas be mowed?
