Please use cantion when navigating the new traffic circle.  Some drivers are not yielding. It is good to see the road open again.

You are not alone in this observation. We watched a lone older male driver in a grey Honda enter from the west side of Howell School Road and bail out the east exit for Howell School road with no regard to anyone in the circle.
