Condition 20 of the Deed Restrictions provides that the Declarant (i.e., Board) can approve alternatives.

 

Everyone please read Condition 20 of the Deed.

 

...I think MFMC should get a "unbiased" Legal opinion on Condition 20

 

Regarding Article 1, section 20 of the Deed Restrictions: Section 20 states ??œNot withstanding anything contained herein to the contrary??? Section 9 Fences: To the contrary clearly defines the allowable fencing. The last sentence of this section refers to the approval of the Board required for plans submitted in compliance with section 9.
