Mansion Farm

I am new to the neighborhood (a couple weeks) and I am wanted to add a fence (I am in a townhome). Is there a specific form that I need to fill out? And who, exactly, does the request go to?

Please refer to your SUPPLEMENT TO DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO MANSION FARM PHASE III. Section 1 Fences. A plan for the fencing showing the location to scale on a copy of your lot survey and materials to be used needs to be submitted to the Mansion Farm Board of Directors for approval. This can either be mailed to MFMC, P.O Box 1432, Bear, DE 19701 or emailed to our Deed Restrictions Officer Maureen McCaffery at: maurmcc123@gmail.com
