But they always say the reserve 95K is for the ponds!! Liars!! Not to mention all the common grounds look like garbage!! This lawn service is awful, the trees on RPB are a joke. Some of them are almost touching each other. The flower beds have nothing or dead flowers! They are stealing our money and the community is average ar best!! Everyone talk to your neighbors and come to the annual meeting to get these people off the committee. Our community is suffering under their control!!

All ponds in Mansion Farm are being maintained on a monthly basis by Solitude Lake Management. Appropriate treatments are done in a timely manner. We have had excessive rainfall lately and the ponds are at a higher than normal level making control of algae, etc. more difficult.
