There is a lettered work truck on Mystic Dr. that has been there for one year. I did contact the person who was doing deed restrictions at the time, she said she sent a letter but did not get a response from the homeowner. My concern is that if this homeowner is permitted to keep his work truck here, that opens the floodgates for more. This is a deed violation.
