PAINTING PROJECT

Apr 11, 2002

The next main project is painting all the units. In the next month you will notice three single story houses that the owners have volunteered to have their houses painted each with a different color schemes chosen by the painting committee. The houses will be numbered one, two and three. All members are strongly encouraged to vote for the color selection they prefer. To vote, simply call (800) 569-8386 ext. 300, listen to the message and wait for the message prompt to give your name, address and house selection. The votes will be tallied and presented to the Board in the May 13th meeting. One vote is allowed per residence until the cut-off time of 8:00am May 13th. The houses will be painted in phases. A phasing diagram will be posted in the marques with expected dates you unit will be painted. Additionally, a notice will be delivered to all owners 48 hours in advance letting them know their units will be painted and to prep their back yards, i.e. putting away as much patio furniture as possible, trimming bushes away from the wall, etc. This is very much appreciated for a quick and hassle free painting experience. If you know you will be on vacation when your unit will be painted please arrange for a neighbor to make your rear yard accessible to the painters. If you are hearing impaired, please request a paper ballot by writing Julie Glasser c/o Diversified Real Property Management at 180 E. Main Street #220, Tustin, CA 92780 to have one mailed to you.
