?· Please address any special landscaping needs or requirements to the Board. We have had a couple of instances where the landscaping company doing work in the common areas for the HOA have been directed to perform work for individual homeowners. The landscape company sends a crew for specific tasks determined the month before, and we get billed for that work. We do not want to be billed for work that is not in the best interest for everybody. The landscaping committee is very accommodating to specific requests, and can usually include them into the next month?’s required duties.
