As a fellow homeowner here in Marlborough Mesa and a Professional Real Estate agent, I am seeing an alarming trend.
Folks are not getting top dollar for their homes and it is hurting the rest of us who still want to stay here and enjoy our Neighborhood.
The Subdivision across from us- East of Extension (Sunridge)has now actually surpassed us in price per Sq. FT. ($78) and the subdivision to the West of us- across Alma School (North Forty) is rapidly closing in on us ($74 per sq.ft.). Here in Marlborough Mesa we have slipped into $75 per sq. ft. and this is not a good trend. Please interview at least 3 agents and get your market value not based on WHO is the cheapest( reduced commissions). If you are ever thinking of selling or for refiance or to eliminate the Mortgage Insurance.....give me a call. No cost and of course no abligation!
