I got a call from Elaine on Naranja (1st street North of Guadalupe) this morning. The police stopped by her home last night to see if she had seen the following:

18 year old black male wearing all black with a shirt that had 00 on it. They did not give her a height or weight description.

He is apparently hitting people over the head and stealing their cell phones. If you see someone of this description please call 911 immediately. The police said he was not a member of the 1049 household.
