Well, it looks like we've had another mail theft in the neighborhood.

Yesterday, a particular item was scheduled to arrive in the mail. When I came home, the item I was expecting wasn't there and, in fact, there was no mail at all (which is extremely unusual for us). I also noticed that my neighbor's mailbox was wide open (and empty) as were about three or four other mailboxes on Emerson.

I still haven't received the item that was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday. Based on the fact that we didn't receive any mail at all, coupled with the fact that so many mailboxes were wide open on Emerson that day, I strongly suspect that our mail was stolen.

Does anyone else think that their mail was stolen on Emerson on Tuesday, June 17th?

Missing mail too

On the 17th, my neighbor, Alan came home from work to find his mailbox open and no mail. I happened to get my mail shortly after the mail was delivered. So all the mailboxes were closed around 2p.m. It appears whoever stole the mail came down the street between 2p.m. to 4p.m. Alan picked up his mail just after 4p.m. and noticed other mailboxes down the street were open too. We're all getting frustrated over the mail theft on our street.
