The City of Mesa decided posting signs on a stop sign would create a traffic hazard. They have requested violator{s} to be reported for the issuance of citation{s}.Please let's be considerate of others!! Thanks for reading this information.

I have many times posted messages on stop signs to let people in the neighborhood know abut important events. This has saved us money in the way of printing 469 flyers and the time of passing these flyers out. I usually will take the sign down after the event. Since posting the signs are against the law, I would appreciate any ones help in passing out the flyers. I will pay the cost of the flyers and printing...but passing these out is quite tedious. I assure you that every sign that I have put up is for the good of the neighborhood and not for personal reasons, like a garage sale. I have also started to install a bulletin board on our property to notify homeowners on Portobello of current important events. We will communicate one way or another.
