Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Cable America suppose to use the utility easements for their work? In our area of Plata (west of Emerson) the utility easement is in the rear of our property. That's where Cox ''upgraded'' their cable system a few years ago, and where SRP has the power transformers. I came home this morning(Saturday)to find the front of my property marked up for the new installeation. Does somebody know something I don't know? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Chris, There are easements in the front and rear of each lot in this development, as well as on at least one side of your lot. You should be able to find out where they are from the county recorders office. I believe there is 5 feet front and rear, but I could be wrong on this number.
