Neighbors, I'm pleased to report that the subject discussions with the Neighborhood Contractor, Ortiz Tree Trimming, has been completed. By a separate transmittal, I'll be sending out an softcopy of an Independent Contractor Agreement plus an a Attachment A which list eleven(11) names. These names are only those of you who sent me e-mails. There are a couple of folks who called and I'll get them hard copies of this agreement for their review. The e-mail attached to the agreement will explained in detail what is expected from each of you. Please review and fill out the information required and return to me for final processing. Remember, our goal...make our neighborhood the best in the City of Mesa.
Thank you!!

Very Satisfied Neighbor
Hi Neighbors, I would like to share a recent e-mail from one of our neighbors, Bob Boyd, who was very satified with the work done on his tree.
''Tree is trimmed and all cleaned up. They did a GREAT job. Thanks again, BOB''
This is the type of response I hope we get from all of the Neighbors who trees are being work on. It's my hope that you will pass this type of good news to your neighbors and friends so we can get everyone in our neighborhood on board in getting their trees trimmed and cut. Remember, our goal has been and continue to be, i.e., to make Marlborough Mesa the best in the City of Mesa.

Trimming/Cutting of Trees
Hi Neighbors, herewith is a progress report on the Trimming/Cutting of Trees in our neighborhood. As of this date, we have 13 Homeowners who had signed up. Work has been completed on 6(46%) of the 13; 2 indicated ''not interested'', 1 said ''at a later date'', 4 we have not heard from yet, and 2 requested that their names be withdrawn. I've been trying, by word of mouth, to reach out to other neighbors asking them to get on board. Alma Jones has indicated that she would help get the word out too as many people as she could as well. Bottomline folks, we need to try to reach as many people as we can to keep the momentum going. Everything is going well and the Contractor is focus and ready to do the work. Let me say ''thank you'' and let's keep on truckin :)....
