Decided Date

I know this date will not please everyone, but it seems the only fair thing to do.

The decided date is: APRIL 6th. An ad will be placed in the Republic and Tribune.

No one chose the first 2 Saturdays in March which automatically takes us to the 16th. This was going to be difficult for all involved in the planning stages and coordination of the Easter Egg Hunt and Community Picnic on March 23. Easter is March 31. The Clean Sweep Containers begin arriving April 8.

What Michelle Geramanis and Lolita Gates wrote here in the Talk About It area made sense and they were both looking out for our neighborhood and events within. I believe everyone would like the Neighborhood Garage Sale earlier but Easter does not usually fall in March.

Hope this will be agreeable to everyone. Please pass the word to all who do not have computers or are not online.
