After more rain than we are accustomed to at any given time, some of the cable ground-level connection boxes are sinking. These are located on the east and north sides of the streets.
I heard from 2 different people this afternoon and saw first-hand the problems.
You may want to check your own yard to see if you have that same problem.
Perhaps both the cable companies can address this issue here and save many a call to them directly.

Cox pedestals-holes?
All:
Thanks for the heads up on this issue. Joel Rushing has contacted our contractor and they will assess the situation today. The repairs at Cox locations will begin later today or tomorrow (weather permitting). We will also identify any problems at Cable America locations and work with them to resolve their issues.
Once again, thanks for your patience.

Since Doublejack has contracted with Cox to do the work, repairs, etc. in Marlborough Mesa, you may contact:
Ken Martin

Cell Phone: 602-723-4510
Ken called this morning and said this would be the quickest, easiest way to have these problems solved. He ask me to give his cell number, as he is on site all the time and can make things happen faster.
He is presently driving our neighborhood to find any other holes we may have around the pedestals -- either above ground ones or ground level ones. He has been most accommodating!
