We were connected yesterday and it is terrific. It is so fast and Cable America is giving us a good deal. If you call them at 558 7260 and ask for the internet department, they will transfer you. Since this is new to them, they have almost all email accounts available. Tech support is being woked on, but they always call you back if you leave a message. We needed help setting up the email accounts, you can have up to seven, and it was a breeze. Good luck
