Marlborough Mesa

Last week, one of our students who was riding his bike to school was summoned over to a City of Mesa truck/van in which two men were sitting, parked. I don't know on which street but it was in our neighborhood. The student appropriately did NOT go over to the van/truck but went on to school. He reported this to his mother who in turn called the police and City. Apparently this is not the first time this situation has arisen.

Does anyone know anything about this? This really raises a red flag for me and every other parent in Marlborough.

Trying to Track

I sent this to Debbie Driscol at the Neighborhood Officesome time ago. She is working on it and has raised a red flag to ALL City Departments to see if THEY actually know what has happened. They are working on it but nothing like this comes easy to track unless it was reported to police and city at the actual time of the incident - that, she tells me, is the best possible way to get this kind of information.

Whoever may read this - PLEASE call the police at 644-2211 AND the City of Mesa Neighborhood Office at 644-5700 should you see something like this again.
