I know you remember the name Renee Coelho (Posada) from all the things she has done for our community ?… either in writing for the newsletter or writing for grants to help us all out. Well, in as brief as possible, she NEEDED to sell her home and move about 5 miles away. She had Legionnaire?’s disease about 3 years ago and has not been working since, as that alone nearly cost her life.
Some of you have volunteered in the past to do many a task and some ?– even on the surveys we did last year - said you would be willing to help in some areas. Well ?– she needs to move now.
As I write this, a group of neighbors, headed by Trudy EmBree, are putting together trucks and ?“woman/manpower?” of those willing to donate a few hours of their time. Today alone they have gathered 4 pickups and a trailer and 7 adults. If they can get just a few more trucks and help ?– this move will be a one-trip FAST one!
This will be done this THURSDAY, MAY 10th and will begin between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. If you can help, Trudy's number is 839-9725.
