Dear Neighbors,
This is a brochure brought to us by the Police Dept. this evening. They ask that we get it out to our neighborhood ASAP. There have been many ?“sightings?” in our neighborhood regarding this issue. This is their bulletin:

?“Recently, the Marlborough Mesa neighborhood area has experienced a series of cases that are believed to be the same person. The suspect in this case is looking in residential windows while exposing and/or masturbating while watching the female victims. In come case the subject is entering fenced residential rear yards to gain access to windows. Several victims have been minors however the suspect does not appear to target any specific age victim. Once seen by the victim the suspect is running off. Several victims have reported that the suspect was wearing no clothes or was partially disrobed. There appears to be a higher frequency of cases on Thursdays. In several of the cases the suspect has been seen running from the incident locations. Several leads have been developed and are being followed up on. The below composite was completed by one of the victims in this series. Even if you did not report the incident to police at the time, if you have been a victim, witnessed, or have information regarding this incident the Mesa Police Department at 480-644-2211. Please report any suspicious activity to the Mesa Police Department immediately at 911.
