Vice Mayor Dennis Kavanaugh has been a strong supporter of our neighborhood and we will miss having him as our councilman. Since he is unable to run, we have to find someone to fill his shoes. We have to write in our choice for councilman.
We already have a candidate who has shown interest in Marlborough Mesa. Frank Mizner attended the ''Spirit of Mesa'' conference and came to our workshop entitled ''The Marlborough Mesa Story''. The workshop outlined how our neighborhood group was started, what projects we've done, and how we've been able to get more people involved in neighborhood activites.
Frank left the workshop with a Marlborough Mesa timeline and good understanding of our neighborhood.
Frank Mizner's priorities are to:
Protect our neighborhoods
Keep property values strong
Focus on kids and families
Increased Police & Fire Protection
Revitalize Fiesta Mall area
