Marlborough Mesa

Home Security

Posted in: Marlborough Mesa
I, along with a lot of other concerned homeowners of Marlborough Mesa is alarmed with the number of burglaries and vandalism that has taken place in our Neighborhood.
I was asked by Naomi Mills to contact the City of Mesa for their ''Citizens On Patrol'' program
Jimmie Dean and James Martin were also asked to form the committee and I tender an open invitation of all of our neighbors to come forward and let's unite.
In the meantime, I have a contact with ADT, the home security company, to install a FREE system into any home with no cost for installation and the equipment is yours to keep but the catch is: a monitoring fee is required.
If anyone is interested, please contact me at WWW.CECILDUARTE.COM and I will furnish you with the coupon.
It will not solve our issue but sure will be a great deterrent and send those thieves running.
Again, if you are interested in joining and helping me form a committee to win our neighborhood back, please contact me.

Home Security

As Marlborough Mesa residents, fighting crime should be everyone's business, especially, since nothing's sacred anymore. There was a time when you could leave your doors opened and not be afraid....not any more. Thieves and vandals are targeting our homes, business, etc., and we, as neighbors, must combat this onslaught by using good common sense and teamwork. If necessary, Volunteers walking the neighborhood showing our present, in my view, send a loud and clear message that we, indeed, intend to take our neighborhood back. Some neighbors may want to confront this in other ways, e.g., installing security systems, video equipment, etc. Whatever you're comfortable with is what's important. Bottomline, we need to educate our neighbors about crime prevention. Having said that, as articulated in Cecil Duarte's Discussion message(same subject), I've volunteered to work on the committee along with Cecil and James Martin and it's our hope to meet and discuss with the City of Mesa their program called ''Citizens on Patrol.'' It would be great if some of you did the same thing. Once more information on this program is reviewed, we will share with all of our online neighbors with the hope of getting volunteers to join us in our fight to get our neighborhood back. I look forward to this opportunity with great enthusiasm. Your neighbor always....
