This situation occurred in our neighborhood on 10-3-01.
On the corner of Pecos and Emerson there were 4 juvenile boys acting suspicious. I called Mesa Police and they responded right away.
It turns out the boys were smoking marijuana on the corner. The police arrested one and the rest were turned over to there parents.
I believe two of them live in the neighborhood. But, hopefully word will now get around that we watch our neighborhood during the day as well as night.
