Cox releasing new services soon!

Posted in: Marlborough Mesa
Cox's upgrade is nearing completion in Marlborough Mesa! We expect to launch our expanded channel lineup, Cox Digital Cable and Cox high-speed Internet service within 60 days. We will notify you via direct mail when these new services are avaiable. We still hope to offer our competitive phone service within the next 3 months.

The last piece we need to complete is
relocating the cable from the rear easement to the front easement areas of many properties. This step will give us better access to our network for future maintenance and eliminate the need for us to work in your backyard. Within the next 30 days we will be working in the front easement area of many yards to install a new cable line in conduit.

As part of our continued efforts to work within Marlborough Mesa we ask that you contact our construction representatives at the numbers below with any questions or concerns about the pending activity.

Ken Erickson (Cox Construction Services)

or
Gene McDole (Focus Communications)

Thanks to all the residents of Marlborough Mesa for their patience during this process.

Cable Damage

Don,
I have made several phone calls to Cox over the past few months and have not received a single reply. I hope that you can help :) We have 'sunken' cable access areas next to our mailbox at 836 W. Obispo. They are quite unsightly. How can I get these repaired? Thanks

incentives?

With Cox moving in with services we are getting from the competition, what kind of incentives will you guys be offering for us to switch?
resolution?

I have Joel Rushing driving by the home right now. If it's determined Cox is responsible for the damage, we will have this resolved before the end of the week.
