Does anyone else have outragious water bills, or is it just me? I have nothing to compare it to other than mt bill back home on the east coast, which was billed quarterly. Email me with an idea of what your paying.
Also, anyone else have trouble with Cable America? My digital box went out again, at least it isnt working. Thier internet service works sometimes, but hiccups a lot. When is Cox coming in with the internet service?
Lastly, there only must be a few people on this message board.... thats all that posts anything. No one has anything for sale? Questions about Harleys? Complaints about services? ideas for a party?

Some answers -- 1 MISSING
Our Water and Solid Waste bill was $68 last month.
We don't have Cable America or Cox ... just regular TV.
Some history: Marlborough residents were having a LOT of difficulties with Cox and residents petitioned to bring a ''choice'' to our development with Cable America. Suzanne Weaver got this going. Cox was not listening to anyone who called to ask when their upgrades would be ready -- they continued to stall for literally years. Once Cable America came thru, Cox wanted their customers back because SOOOO many subscribers transferred to C.A.
From everything I have heard, C.A. has given good service. If you are having problems, let them know. They have been very responsive to residents.
Cox's representative who will help with whatever is Dan Newham. Look him up in the discussions. He last posted something Oct. 26 and has the answers to your question as to when they will be coming.
I really don't know WHY people do not use this area more. It is such a GREAT TOOL for a community. They LOOK at it --614 ''hits'' just 12 days into this month SHOW they do. I wish I knew why.

questions
I have only been here for going on our third month, so I don't know if my info on my water bill will help you that much as I have only had two of them....but they have been just about $60 a month so far...we have two people living here and grass in the front and back yards....hope that helps you out a little with that :)
Reference Cox Cable....I had their digital cable at my last residence...loved the cable, hated, and I mean really couldn't stand, the service. To make a long and frustrating story short, everyone, and I mean everyone I talked to when I set the service up, told me something different and my first bill was outrageous....it took me many frustrating hours on the phone to get to talk to someone to ''fix'' the problem. I would never recommend their customer service to anyone. We have Dish Network with TiVo and love it. It is very similar to Cox Digital however all of the channels are digital. With Cox, only a select few are digital. Hope that helps you with that :)
Those are my answers to your questions, and I am always up for a party :)

cable modem services
Hi everyone - I still check in now and then and miss you all.
Rick.. when I was on Posada, I also had cable america modem service, and indeed, it hic-cupped a LOT on me as well. When I moved to a rental in Gilbert, I used QWEST - and it was a great improvement. However, you don't have that service there. Now that I am back in Mesa, I am on Cox Cable Internet. I find it to be very stable. It has only gone out twice, and that was very late at night (very early in the morning, actually) - and it wasn't for more than an hour.
A bit of advice.. it's cheper if you buy your own modem than renting them from Cox. I got mine at Best Buy, but they also carry them at Frys and at Circut City.
Party time?? Im' ready.. :)
