Marlborough Mesa

I was walking past our park this afternoon and was very leery of a car parked in front of the park. A lone young man was in the driver seat and as I watched and waited 3 other people and vehicles would pull up, go over to the car and speed off after a short ''visit''.

I am not naive, there were drug deals going on Easter Sunday in broad daylight at our park.

What can we do???

This type of activity should be reported to the police department. You need to call the NON-EMERGENCY phone number, 644-2211, and advise them of ''suspicious activity''. The call taker will ask you for information...what are you observing, make and model of the vehicle/s, license plate number/s, a description of the person in the vehicle (if you can see them)...the more information you provide the better, but anything is better than nothing.

We can't stop criminal activity if we don't take any action.
