I received a call from a neighbor that there was a reported home invasion ... burglary in the 800 block of Pampa. She saw it in the newspaper. It was reported to have taken place Dec. 3. Does anyone know anything about this?

I have no idea if there was an invasion over here. As you know we live on the 800 block of Pampa. This is news to us. I am going to ask to some of the neighbors. I wonder if it was East Pampa. I will post anything I find out on the web site. Thanks for letting us know. I wish this thing has spell check!!!

Alma, we were home all day 12/3/01, and outside many times during the day. We're on the 800 block of Pampa, and didn't even see a police car. Please keep us informed on what you find out.

False Alarm????

Wish I knew! Mary on Pecos reported this and has been sick almost thru the holidays, so I have not found out anything more from her.

One neighbor suggested that it may have been the East Pampa rather than West -- that is a good possibility, since nothing else has surfaced.

If I hear anything more -- I will post it -- and very sorry to have caused any undue alarm.
