We've lived on the 1000th block of W. Pecos for 15 years now with a rental unit next door. Once again the new tenants have a dog and is left outside it does nothing but howls and crys. We have discussed the problem with them very nicely, and have had to ask them several times to bring to dog in. Its to the point now where the owners of the dog are angry, because they feel they have the right to leave the dog out, reguardless of what the neighbors think. ANY IDEAS?

Hi, you may want to contact the owner of the property and let them know about the problem. Also, if you and another resident complain to the police at the same time, the police will do something about it.

Good luck, I hear the dog during the day also. I just didn't know where it was coming from.
